This class may include various yoga practices such as yin, restorative, yoga nidra, pranayama, guided meditation, or self-massage utilizing props in practice to coax the body into relaxation and bring balance to the nervous system.

With sprinkles of pranayama, mudra, and wisdom of the subtle universal energies, you'll rise from savasana feeling vibrationally elevated & unified!

Pranayama is the enhancement or expansion of our vital life force energy. Engaging with this ancient practice helps develop interoception (the sense of our internal bodily states) by becoming conscious of such things as our heart rate, breathing, digestion, and emotional states. As a crucial aspect of our self-awareness, pranayama practices can offer more vitality, regulation, and expansion of self while maintaining a balanced state of well-being. This breathing practice invites all levels of practice and focuses on the experience of inner being. *Please wear comfortable clothes + come on a empty stomach if possible!
