GET TO THE JOINT: WRIST & ANKLE WORKSHOP

In this 2 hour workshop, learn strengthening exercises and stretches for these oh-so-important parts of our bodies plus our feet and hands, tools to help heal from injuries, and modifications of yoga flow and asana to help prevent new injuries.
Implementing new ways to stay off of or reduce strain on a hand or foot when needed during practice, this self-focused + therapeutic event will include a self-massage to close the day.
This workshop will be led by Palo Teacher Renee G, who struggles with long-term repetitive injuries in both her ankle and wrist, among other things, but has found opportunities in these challenges that she hopes to share with others. Please come dressed for moderate practice, props will be provided.
