Join us for... Heart Expanding Cacao + Yin + Pranayama Practices

An extra special offering in South Philly, join us at Palo Santo Wellness for an evening of self-soothing & soul nourishment with MJ Heart & Joshua Evans!

We'll begin with a heart expanding cacao experience and personal intention setting. MJ will then gently move us into a Yin + Restorative practice to offer deep release & healing through embodied movement + exploration.

A supportive subtle-body practice of guided Pranayama & Conscious Breathing with Josh will finish off the night bringing an uplifting + balancing energy to all. Float back into the night with an open heart and elevated vibration to carry you through the shifting season and beyond.
