Join Palo Santo's Intuitive Pranic Healer, studio manager, and teacher, Kirsten Youngren, as she guides you on a magical evening journey of vinyasa yoga & movement, restoration & meditation, and communal connection to navigate through the many layers of self.

An optional Pranic healing offering is also included to cleanse any excess energy and create more compassion within the mind, body, and spirit.
